Privacy Policy.
This policy covers the One More Try Software marketing, request, and client-billing website. A club’s own website has a separate privacy policy for that club’s families and athletes.
Information collected
When you request a club website or billing help, we collect the business-contact information you choose to provide: club name, contact name and role, email, optional phone number, city and state, current website, approximate club size, desired timeline, requested features, and your message. Please do not submit athlete names, dates of birth, card information, waivers, or other sensitive personal information.
How it is used
We use this information to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare a proposal, provide requested billing help, prevent abuse, and maintain records of our business relationship. Request information is not added to a marketing newsletter unless you separately choose to subscribe in the future.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides website delivery, bot protection, and database infrastructure. Stripe provides hosted invoices, subscription billing, receipts, and payment-method management. One More Try Software does not receive or store full card or bank-account details entered on Stripe’s pages. A dedicated transactional email provider may be added after an One More Try sending domain is established.
Retention and disclosure
Unanswered, closed, and spam-marked requests are ordinarily retained for no more than 18 months. Qualified leads and customer records may be retained longer when needed to provide service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell business-contact information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or to service providers working under our instructions.
Security and choices
We use access controls, encrypted connections, separate cloud resources, bounded request handling, bot verification, and logging designed to avoid contact details. No system can guarantee absolute security. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the website request form and choose Not sure yet, then put “Privacy request” at the beginning of the message. We may verify your identity and authority before acting.
