Website Terms.
These terms cover use of the One More Try Software marketing, request, and client-billing website. A signed proposal or service agreement controls an actual club engagement.
Public information and requests
The public $300 setup fee and $120 monthly managed-service price describe the standard starting offer. They are not a promise that every requested feature is included. Club needs, content readiness, integrations, timing, taxes, and larger custom work are confirmed before invoicing. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance.
Managed service
The standard monthly service is intended to cover managed hosting, platform maintenance, security updates, backups, and routine site or content updates after launch. Larger redesigns, custom integrations, unusually large content projects, and third-party charges may be scoped separately. Exact scope, payment timing, cancellation, support expectations, and ownership terms belong in the club’s service agreement.
Billing
Approved clients receive a Stripe-hosted invoice or subscription in the One More Try Software Stripe account. Standard monthly service begins at launch and renews until canceled under the applicable service agreement. Do not submit payment details anywhere except the Stripe-hosted page reached through your invoice or verified billing portal. Past-due service, retries, suspension, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the invoice and service agreement.
Club content and responsibilities
A club is responsible for having the right to provide its names, logos, photographs, text, testimonials, and other materials, and for the accuracy of operational, pricing, and policy information it approves. A club must not submit unlawful material or sensitive athlete information through this marketing site.
Availability and third parties
One More Try Software works to keep managed sites available and maintained, but this public site does not create a numerical uptime guarantee or service-level agreement. Cloudflare, Stripe, domain registrars, email providers, and other third parties operate under their own terms and can experience outages or changes outside our control. No website can guarantee club enrollment, revenue, search ranking, or athletic outcomes.
Acceptable use and changes
Do not misuse the request form, probe private billing links, interfere with the service, submit malicious code, or impersonate another club. We may block abusive traffic. These public terms may be updated as the service and domain are finalized; material client obligations are changed through the applicable agreement, not merely by editing this page.
